2010 marks the 175th Anniversary of the Great Western Railway. This year’s West Somerset Railway Autumn Steam Gala provided us with a prelude to start off next year's celebrations. This DVD brings you action from the old Minehead Branch, itself a former Great Western Branchline, and features no fewer than 12 Great Western designed Steam Engines ranging from the humble branchline tank locos and mixed traffic "Hall" and "Manor" types to the mighty King and Castle Express passenger locomotives
