The Autumn Steam Gala 2013 commemorates the 150th Anniversary  of two of the Railways in Mid-Wales which eventually became part of the Cambrian Railway Company. We feature full coverage on all four days of the event, with a combination of sunshine and showers, action and atmosphere to create one of the WSR's more successful autumn galas in recent years.

Highlights include:

  • 4 GWR and BR (W) Manors steam together for the first time ever in preservation.
  • Footplate footage on board 'Nunney Castle' and 'Erlestoke Manor'.
  • Final Gala appearance for Mogul, No. 9351, after 10 years of service.
  • Recreation of the Cambrian Coast Express, Talyllyn Railway and Ffestiniog Railway Specials.
  • WSR Stations renamed to Cambrian Stations.
