us for this unique journey along the North Wales Coast route with an
ex-LMS Royal Scot.
Starting from Crewe we leave the West Coast Mainline
and follow in the footsteps the Irish Mail express via Chester and a
fast along the coast to Llandudno Junction. After our water stop, we
continue towards Anglsey passing famous landmarks such as Conway Castle
and the Britannia Bridge as we speed across the open countryside to our
destination at Holyhead. The timeless nature of this railway is added
to by the appearance of classic signal boxes and semaphores, still in
operation despite the threat of imminent removal. With live sound
